I am supposed to start Masters degree at Mid-Sweden University this Autumn. This is how I got to your blog, I am looking for as much information about Mid-Sweden University.
Are you still studying there or you finished this year?

I cannot believe I am just now seeing this message. Sorry! Thanks for leaving the comment. I am going to stay in Europe until July 23. With my travels I don’t have that much time left to spend in Sweden. I am very happy about the trips I have coming up, but sad as well. I have really fallen in love with Sweden and I’ll be very sad to leave.

Hello there!

I can remember all my emotions before I left for my study in Spain… my parents took me to the airport, to say their goodbyes, and my friends wrote me tons of goodbye cards! I didn’t read them again for a bit once I got abroad, because I wanted to enjoy my new surroundings, and not be sad that I was away from my friends and family. I soon became occupied with the new language, customs, the new residence, and friends I had made through my classes and intercambios. School kept me practicing Spanish throughout the day, and the nighttime was full of experiencing Spanish culture first hand. I had a great time, and got to send long emails home, filled with pictures of all the exciting things I was doing! My friends kept me updated on what was going on at home, and we of course missed each other, but the time actually flew bye!

You sound so happy to be abroad in this blog, and I am glad that your life is full of exciting places and adventures! I can really imagine standing there, with the map in hand, confused look on my face (I’ve done it a million times) but now, when I am abroad; I tend to stand off on the side of the street, as to not appear so noticeably as a tourist. I have even been asked for directions twice while I was in Paris! It was great. How long will you be abroad? I look forward to hearing about your travels!
